Delivery Policy

DELIVERY POLICY

Our courier will only deliver to a South African street address. A signature is required on all deliveries.
All items are delivered between Monday and Friday, usually between 8.00am and 17.00pm.
Your order will be delivered by our chosen carrier. If no-one is available to sign for the item at the delivery address when our carrier calls, re-delivery will be arranged or collection of goods from the carrier’s depot.
Our carriers may charge us a fee if a delivery has to be aborted. If a delivery is aborted because you have supplied inaccurate or incomplete information, or you are not available on the scheduled delivery day to receive an item, we reserve the right to recover the aborted delivery charge from yourself.
There may be a charge if you instruct us to change your delivery address after your order has been dispatched.
You will be provided with a tracking number in case you wish to track your purchase.
Expected delivery dates or times given by C&H, our suppliers, or our carriers are given as a guide only. We cannot be held liable for any losses or costs incurred from delivery at a different date or time.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

TERMS OF PURCHASE

When you make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies paid are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment. If your item is not in stock, you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, otherwise we will email you when the item is in stock.
Kindly note that lead times vary for different items which will be communicated to you before payment is made.
