Nurse Call Terms of Purchase
Equipment is manufactured to order and the installer/end user is urged to place orders timeously. C&H does not take any responsibility and will not be held liable for penalties, fines or loss of income incurred due to delays.
Lead times will be stipulated when orders are received and all care will be taken to adhere to these. C&H will not be held liable for delays in deliveries due to external factors beyond our control i.e. shortage of raw materials and or components, strikes,
industrial action, busy production schedules, etc. These will be communicated in the event it should arise.
Equipment will only be manufactured once deposits have been received and shipment will only take place once the balance of monies owed have been paid.
Whilst every care is taken to ensure equipment suggested/supplied by us is fit for purpose the onus is on the installer/ end user to ensure that all information supplied is correct.
Due to the nature of the product, returns will only be entertained if equipment is unused and in original sealed package. C&H will at its own discretion entertain returns and refund/credit monies of opened equipment, only after equipment has
been tested, is not damaged, scratched or found to be modified or tampered with. C&H reserves the right to charge a handling fee for equipment returned.
Kindly note that returns and refunds of custom made/designed equipment, that cannot be reused, will only be entertained in extreme cases. All custom made equipment will only go into production when written confirmation is received.
Shipping fees of returned equipment will be for the purchasers account. C&H strongly recommends that person with no working knowledge or experience in the nurse call equipment offered, consult with us and familiarise themselves with the manufacturer’s specifications, prior to purchasing equipment as to prevent damage to equipment during installation. On-site technical assistance can be provided, but will be charged at rates determined at time of call. Such rates will include travelling, accommodation, labour and related costs.
By purchasing equipment the purchaser accepts and understands the Terms of Purchase as stipulated above. The purchaser accepts and understands that C&H does not take responsibility for system malfunctions, damage, injury to persons or
property for installations carried out by others and will not be held liable for factors beyond our control.
When you make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies paid are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment. If your item is not in stock, you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, otherwise we will email you when the item is in stock.
Kindly note that lead times vary for different items which will be communicated to you before payment is made.
